Ravens Hill Estate
The Ravens Hill Estate is one of several secure and peaceful environments in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, catering to the needs of its home-owners.
It is registered as a sectional title scheme under reference SS78/1994.
The first thing that catches your eye is the large open space. Feels like a resort, with a park-like atmosphere. Amazing place to live with friendly people, excellent facilities and a secure environment.
Ravens Hill Estate is referred to as a Body Corporate (BC) which really is a collection of all the property owners. The BC annually appoints a board of Trustees from amongst its home-owners to manage the estate.
We consider our home-owners to fall in the middle to upper middle-income brackets. The estate comprises a range of 2 and 3-bedroom single-floor cluster units with one or two garages, and 2-bedroom apartment units built in 2-storey configuration with separate carports.
During 2022 the selling prices for cluster units exceeded R2.0m and for the apartments R1.5m.
Several families have been residing here for 15 years or more, enjoying the various amenities.
The Trustees established this website and newsletter facility in 2022 as an easy-to-use and modern way to communicate with residents, and for residents to have access to relevant information.
